De Dermolin huidvriendelijke roll on is mild maar verfrissend en biedt 24- uurs bescherming.

De samenstelling van de anti-transpiranten van Dermolin zijn gebaseerd op aluminium zouten. Deze zouten vernauwen de zweetklieren maar blijven op de huid liggen. De zouten kunnen dus niet de huid binnendringen. Hun anti-transpirante werking is veilig en effectief.
Dit wordt ook bevestigd door de Nederlandse Cosmetica Vereniging.
Bij de ontwikkeling van Dermolin roll on is extra aandacht besteed aan het gebruik bij huidaandoeningen, zoals huid irritatie, allergische reacties, eczeem en psoriasis.
